I’ve had my camera for about a week, and I’m learning how to use it by the old trial and error method. Today I learned that marble is extremely to photograph because the light reflects off of it. This is only compounded if you go in the afternoon to attempt to photograph angels in a cemetery where most of them face east. I want to go back to Vicksburg soon and try photographing the angels in the morning.
That said, Cedar Hills Cemetery has some of the most incredible angels you might ever see, dating back to the 1800s. Walking through it is an incredible experience. My trip through it today was made even more drastic by the buzzards that followed me.
