This rose was on my mother’s table today. She always has something pretty on the table.
And this dog was in the dog house today.
My dad dug up a rose bush to move it, and Annie decided she needed to dig up a rose bush too. He clearly needed help, and this was something she knew how to do.
Her efforts were not rewarded in the manner she might have hoped.
